RE(SOURCE) Hub is a practical way for businesses and organisations to identify resources they already have, redirect them where they can be useful and receive value in return.

What could you already have?
Every organisation has resources.
Some are easy to see. Others can sit within the day-to-day running of an organisation without being recognised as something that could have value elsewhere.
You might have equipment that's no longer being used, surplus materials, occasional access to space, skills within your team, specialist knowledge, spare capacity, useful connections or an opportunity that could be opened up to others.
You don't need to know exactly what you have before joining RE(SOURCE).
That's part of the process.
How does RE(SOURCE) work?
Identify
Start by looking at what your organisation already has.
Your Hub Navigator works with you to help identify resources, understand how they are currently being used and recognise where there may be potential to do something differently.

Redirect
Resources you choose to make available can be redirected through the RE(SOURCE) Hub.
They become part of a wider pool of resources made visible by businesses and organisations across the Hub.

Receive
When your resource is redirected, your organisation receives RE(YOU)S Tokens in return.
Those tokens are held in your organisation's Token Wallet.

Use
The tokens in your Wallet can be used to access resources available through RE(SOURCE).
What you put in and what you use don't have to be the same.
You might redirect equipment today and later use the value you've built to access space, skills, materials or another resource your organisation could use.
Your Hub Navigator
Every member has support from a Hub Navigator.
Your Navigator gets to know your organisation and helps you identify and navigate the resources you already have.
They can help you explore what could be redirected, understand your Token Wallet and navigate the resources and opportunities visible through the Hub.

As your organisation continues to use RE(SOURCE), your Navigator can also support you to build this way of thinking into everyday practice, recognising what you have, what could be used differently and what could create value elsewhere.

You decide what your organisation makes available and what it chooses to use.
How does the wider Hub work?
Other members are identifying and redirecting resources too.
This creates a growing pool of materials, equipment, space, skills, knowledge, capacity, connections and opportunities across the Hub.

The Token Framework allows value to move between organisations without what you contribute and what you use having to form a direct exchange.
​
For example:
Organisation A redirects a resource that Organisation B can use.
Organisation A receives tokens into its Token Wallet.
Later, Organisation A can use those tokens to access a completely different resource made available by Organisation C.
The value can keep moving.
Creating wider impact
Alongside individual members' Token Wallets, RE(SOURCE) has a Token Bank.

The Token Bank is an asset-locked pool held within the Hub. It isn't controlled by any individual member. It creates a collective resource that can help bring resources to projects and communities where they can have direct impact.
​
Members can choose to contribute tokens to the Bank, adding to that shared value.
​
RE(YOU)S can also issue tokens from the Token Bank, creating access to resources within the Hub for projects and communities that can put them to use.
​
This creates two ways for value to move through RE(SOURCE): members can build and use value through their own Token Wallet, while the Token Bank provides a collective route for resources to reach projects and communities.
What does membership include?
RE(SOURCE) Hub membership is £55 per month.
