RE(YOU)S Membership Policy

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of RE(YOU)S memberships, including benefits, payments, cancellations, and usage. By signing up, members agree to these terms.

2. Membership Options & Benefits

RE(YOU)S offers flexible membership options with various benefits:

  • GoCV+ Members: £4/month (£1/week)

  • Non-GoCV Members: £6/month (£1.50/week)

  • Annual Membership: One-time payment for the year, with 1 month free

​

Membership Benefits:

​Access to Online EX(CHANGE) for resource-sharing
Pre-order remanufactured paint via our platform.
Discounted entry to RE(YOU)S events (EM(POWER) members get free entry)
Digital Wallet for managing EX(CHANGE) TOKENS
Future access to business services using tokens

3. GO CV+ Discount Validation

  • GO CV+ members must provide their GO CV+ card number within 7 days of signing up.

  • If validation is not completed, the membership reverts to the Standard rate, requiring a payment adjustment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cooling-Off Period

  • Members have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used.

  • If benefits have been accessed, the standard 30-day notice applies.

Ongoing Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days and remain active for the full year.

5. Membership Usage & Fair Use

  • Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

  • Misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

  • RE(YOU)S reserves the right to review and adjust membership benefits.

6. Volunteer Membership & Tokens

  • Volunteers do not need to be members to earn tokens.

  • Tokens can be used at events and for physical exchanges without a paid membership.

  • A paid membership is required to access paint, online exchanges, and other benefits.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

RE(YOU)S may update this policy at any time. Members will be notified of any major changes.
